Privacy and Terms

The subject identified by the data entered when registering and accepting these general conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).
Object of the service.
Through the e-commerce service, the Supplier makes available to the Customer a virtual shop from which it is possible to view and buy the products online. The Customer can view the Supplier’s electronic catalog and offers and make purchases from the Supplier on the basis of these conditions of sale.
Right to privacy.
The Supplier informs that it is possible to enter the site without being a registered user and to access information, product data sheets, the basic price list and all those services that do not require the insertion of personal data to be used.
To use the online purchase services, the required data must be entered. The provision of data is not mandatory, but is aimed at establishing and maintaining existing contractual relationships with the Supplier which cannot take place in the event of refusal. In relation to the aforementioned data, the customer can exercise all the rights of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
The data you provide or in any case referable to you can be communicated:
· To external subjects who carry out specific tasks on our behalf (delivery of goods, producers of the requested article, bookkeeping, tax compliance, management of information systems, market research);
· To banking institutions, for the management of collections and payments deriving from the execution of contracts
Nature of the relationship and cases of non-applicability of the consumer protection rules.
In compliance with the provisions of national and community laws currently in force, the economic relationship between the Supplier and the Customer is governed by consumer protection legislation only if the Customer purchases for personal purposes unrelated to his work. Therefore, consumer protection regulations do not apply to relations between the Supplier and the Customer who purchases for purposes related to their work activity, including in particular Legislative Decree No. 185 of 1999 (contracts concluded at distance), Legislative Decree 50 of 1992 (right of withdrawal) and articles 1469 bis and following cc
Prices and guarantee.
Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all prices shown are to be understood as “VAT included” and expressed in Euros. The validity of the prices indicated is always and only that indicated by the procedure at the same time as the order is sent to the Supplier. .

For each order a delivery voucher is issued sent together with the goods and on request the invoice sent together with the goods. The Supplier is not responsible for taxes imposed by other countries.
The customer has the right to choose between different payment methods
1. Credit Card “Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and BankAmericard” through KEYCLIENT technology.
2. Paypal
Purchase orders.
Each order is characterized by a unique code (order number) and contains the indication of the date of forwarding to the system, the detail of the items purchased, the shipping costs and the individual prices including VAT in Euro, the summary of the total costs including VAT.
